Doha Tower, formerly known as Burj Qatar, is a 238-metre skyscraper in West Bay, Doha. Designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, it was completed in 2012. Its distinctive cylindrical shape and geometric façade reflect traditional Islamic architectural patterns. The tower won the CTBUH Best Tall Building in the Middle East & Africa award in 2012
