Spotlight-Qa provides a space to discover and share stories about schools, business, food, hospitality, tourism, sport, youth and community life in Qatar.

You agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these Terms of Use and our Acceptable Use policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it if it changes.

You may submit posts, images, videos, and related media in line with platform rules and magazine guidelines.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit and confirm that you have the right to share it.

Some submissions may be reviewed by administrators before publication or before appearing in public feeds.

We may approve, reject, or request changes to content to maintain quality, accuracy, and community standards.

Spotlight-Qa provides social features including following profiles, sending friend requests, and viewing connection counts on public profiles.

Users can block profiles to prevent unwanted interactions and report profiles that violate platform rules. Reports are reviewed by administrators.

These connection features do not include private messaging. Private contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers is never shared through these features.

We reserve the right to remove, hide, or reject content that violates these terms, our Acceptable Use policy, or applicable law.

Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of account access.

Spotlight-Qa branding, platform design, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, misuse, or redistribute platform materials without permission, except where allowed by law or explicit licence.

We aim to keep Spotlight-Qa available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

Spotlight-Qa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, or losses arising from use of the platform beyond what applicable law requires.
